118K 2020 CS lease?
Just out of curiosity, what would be a good deal on a 118K CS with 3K down?
You guys think it would be possible to get it for less than 1k with 36/10/3? Thanks

I got my M3CS for $1045 California taxes included. MSRP was 115k. I didn't put any money down so therefore I think its possible. With an MSRP that high I think in the 900's is what you'll end up with if they really want to get it sold. The ones with the way lower payments are the 106K MSRP's.

This was the first offer : Sure you're looking at 1269 plus sales tax per month. 36 month at 10K miles per year with 3000 cap reduction. |

Either way you got a ways to go to get under a grand with their first offer. Hell just tell them what you want and see if they'll play ball. |

I'm sure the 2020's will have similar incentives put on them eventually |

the key is to wait until they release heavy incentives and "trunk money" and also to have the 2020's sit on their lots more (aging AR, dealers are more inclined to reduce capital cost to get it moving out).
Mine was 17-18% before incentives were applied, and then tack on the $1000 OL, $2,500 loyalty, $5750 BMW rebate, and $9,000-ish BMW trunk money and it ended up to be closer to 26% discount total. I only paid the usual license/usual state fees (minus 1st payment which was "baked" into the lease) and all MSD's, $714/pre-taxed, or if they had my pay 1st payment up front it would have been $695/pre-taxed on a $106 MSRP 2019 M4cs. It's not a unicorn deal, but I felt like I walked away feeling pretty good considering that I wasn't able to negotiate a $84K MSRP M4 competition that low. A few key points: Make sure you get a price before all discounts, and then tack on the discounts (some dealers will tack on the discounts and make it look like they are giving you a deal when in reality they aren't, keep both seperated) Ask for the Money Factor, this can make a difference of $75/month over the life of the lease Don't make any mention of downpayments, ask for a $0.00 down payment and go from there. Look on cargurus, they sometimes show the age of the vehicle. You have a better chance at a car aged 180+ days for a discount.

Read spool twice's post couple posts above. There was trunk money last year. If they bring it again this year there will be ~$700 cars again.
