305mm Quality All Season tire comparable to 285mm summer tire

Would a 11" 305mm quality all season tire be as good or maybe slightly better than a summer 10" 285mm?

I am looking at the PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4 ZP - SIZE: 305/30ZR20
Ultra High Performance All-Season that come as a option on Corvettes.
$327 each

Nope, A/S tire compound are garbage compared to an all summer tire (relatively speaking In terms of grip), furthermore those are ZP are runflat tires. Avoid avoid avoid, don't pay a premium for something that isn't as good.
