Will MPE price go down when G series comes out?

I'm just wondering if it would make sense to hold off on the MPE until the new G80 comes out if the price will significantly lower by then.

I'm financing the car and plan to keep it for a while so I guess I'm not in THAT much of a hurry other than the fact I have a stock non ZCP exhaust and although I love the car I did a Performance Center Drive last week and fell in love with the MPE (even though it was on a ZCP F80).

Right now I can get 10% over the invoice price for a MPE. So I can either pull the trigger now, or hold off and do other mods first (CF splitters/front lip, rear diffuser, m performance steering wheel V2)

You're better off just buying a used one on the forums.

Good point but this would probably be my last option. I'd prefer to buy it new to keep the warranty. If I were leasing the car I wouldn't care and I know there's a version that was prone to cracking and I don't want to take any chances

buy a used exhaust on the form. stay away from MPE unless reinforced brackets; cuz it will crack over time. a solid exhaust with midpipe shouldnt run you over 2500 after the negotiating

Highly doubt it, source a used one or just get an aftermarket exhaust that sound better and costs less

We're talking about the retail price of an OEM accessory, not the car itself.

It'll be some time. The price just dropped on the E90 M3 MPE (previous generation) a few weeks ago, with 3 remaining units in the US.

Won't likely see any price drops until BMW starts liquidating inventory.
