2017 F80 ZCP 6sp

Hey all! New to the forum. I recently picked up an Austin Yellow 2017 F80 ZCP with 6mt. While I was wary of the flashy color, I now absolutely love it. Also, color definitely makes it easier to find your car in a busy parking lot

I also completed my first "mod", that is, the installation of the M performance pedals. It was pretty straight forward and other threads go into how to do this. The brake pedal was the tricky part. A titanium drill bit went through the steel brake pedal fairly easily. The tough part for me was trying to thread the bolt onto the top left torx screw on the brake. There was just not enough space for me to fit my apparently fat fingers behind the pedal to screw the bolt on. I ended up buying a longer torx screw for that position which made access easier and problem solved.

Anyway, I've been loving my first couple weeks with the car and I'm grateful for all the fantastic information on this forum. Cheers!

Austin Yellow is a color which once registered in one's mind continues to impress. Congratulations - a great car!
