The offsets offered are specific to the M3/M4 taking away all the guesswork.

What type of 200 or less tread wear tires is available for 9.5 and 10.5 18" wheels? I'm thinking either a 265 Or 275/35 tire for the front and 295/35 For the rear but there's isn't any tire available that is suitable for track use in those sizes.

Depends on how extreme of a tire you want. The Hankook RS-3s have a 200 wear rating and a good hybrid track/street tire. There are a lot of forum members running these.

Wheels are hubcentric, fitment/offsets are specific to the F8X. Wheels are TPMS friendly but will not accept BMW centercaps. Most people will remove centercaps on the track as they either melt or get lost.

Titan7 offers their own line of centercaps if interested, or you can run without.

Any better full car pics? They resemble HRE P101 and BBS CI-R wheels. It would be great if they offered 19" or 20" for non-track buyers.

Titan7 is targeting track users first, filling the void out there for a forged, ultra-strong and stylish track wheel that's reasonably priced. 19" release will be later down the road once 18s are caught up in production.

For track can you run 275/305 tires on these offsets? I thought you’d need a 44mm in the rear and maybe a 25 at the front?
