Icon DRL eyebrow

Hey guys, sorry if this is a repost. I've looked online at some pics and it looks as though the eyebrow is lit up while the DRLs are on. The eyebrows on my car only act as turn signals. Are the eyebrows supposed to be lit with the DRLs?

Can be coded on but it is amber.

Anyone know how to change it to white? Or is it only when you get headlights redone like OSS?
