Extremely happy with my flexfuel tune from f80Paul. Night and day compared to the OTC BM3 Stage 2 tune I previously had.

Everyone's saying Jordan, buy they seem like they strict about their "off road" policy, so I avoided them.

Any idea what the power gain was between OTS and his tune? Considering doing the same as well...

How do you I do that on BM3? My latest data log allows me to view graph, or download CSV (which is a text doc with a bunch of numbers).

Now these are estimates that I got, my car has not been dynoed.

OTS Flexfuel on full e85 is anywhere from 500-515 whp

Paul estimated E85 on my custom tune is 575 whp

By "butt dyno" that seems pretty accurate to me (at least the difference in power).

I have a video of running my friends Performante on the OTS tune a couple months ago, and we're gonna run again on the new tune soon, I think by then I'll be able to see the difference. I'll post them once we run.

OP - Halim is in Belgium so few hours drive for you.
Halim is incredible... I got unbelievable results with him. But I m trying to contact him since almost one year without response to switch from stage 3 to 4. Stage 3 overcome 750 hp with Kratos

This is the only HUGE issue... results are outstanding

You're saying this guy gained 110 hp over a Cary Jordan tune using the exact same setup and gas?

I'm calling cap.

Comparing tuners by HP is a dangerous game. You are now incentivizing a tuner to run more aggressive and maybe less safe maps to gain more customers.

When comparing tuner maps, it's crucial to compare the gains and data logs.

For example, you can make a lot more power running your turbos at max, and everything will be great for a while, but it will not last long.
A datalog will clearly show why one map is making more power than another, and the customer will decide if the extra power is worth the shorter turbo life.

do yourself a favour and goto pure turbos in belgium.

They will dyno tune your car, and mod it in any way you want, quickly and perfectly the first time every time.

They are near Genk.

Should be very close to you.

I wasted a few years with street tunes, finally went to Pures shop in belgium and i wish i had done it years earlier.
Top notch work and they are fast, and easy to deal with.

IMHO, look at how much HP/TQ you gain under the curve, that's what matters. Forget a peaky curve ^ as it only gets you a glorious dyno pull and lower reliability!

because of communication issues I will go with Bend Calibration. Other than that I'd love to get custom tune from Halim.

No dear. I m saying that Jordan hypotised 640 hp, he didn't do the job. HCP did. Most probably also Jordan would have got similar results with this config which is really good. I ve chosen the real best. Mishimoto bigger water , air and oil cooler, Akrapovic exhaust skat, no opf , kratos turbo, m5 injectors, dorch stage 2 pump, Okada coils, carillo pistons, Arrow connecting rods and bearings, stronger bolts, ALWAYS ron 100 ,(I have also meth mixer not yet installed), eVenturi Intake.....
At the moment running 1.9 bar which isn't very much with these turbos

We have a huge amount of experience in the S55 platform with custom tuning, and of course are based in Europe and focus on pump fuel tuning. We ran the Mosselman turbos on our own car with great results when paired with M5 injectors.

Let me know if there's anything we can help out with.

Here's our video including performance results of a fairly similar setup to yours, the only difference being we use the M5 injectors as you max out the standard ones.

Very nice, I allready saw your video.
Is it necessary to use the eu5 injectors?
My engine still has stock internals and I want it mapped safely 😉.

Not to get off topic, but do you have any pump gas dyno graphs?
