I agree with you, that if you can afford it and it's what you want, just buy it and enjoy it. If you lose some money on it, that's fine - it's a car. They typically depreciate.

Sub $40k for relatively lower mileage/ clean cars. We’re not back to 2019/20 levels yet but pricing is definitely going that way. |

That's good mileage, 0 accidents is nice. But if it's your dream spec, that's worth a lot on its own. Cloth is definitely more rare (especially Comp pack in combination with cloth). Prices are coming down, so I would think you could negotiate that down a bit, but if it's what you really want - go for it.

FWIW, I bought my E63 from Ultimo back in 2020. Good experience, easy to deal with, straightforward, etc. The car had a painted passenger side front fender. Clean carfax, but they still disclosed it to me, which I appreciated. I still have the car now and it's had almost zero issues.

Picked up my 2018 M3 Comp pack in mid-January for $48k from a private seller in LA, with 49k miles, 6MT, Mineral grey, black interior with CF trimming, Comp package, Executive package, Driver Assistance package, Lighting package, and already had M Performance CF mirror caps, and M Performance CF rear splitter. I was happy with that deal, perfect spec for me and so far, I'm loving it. Car was stock and is in good condition.

Is this a good price 2015 BMW M4 27k miles at dealer (Convertible) for $44k or should I target a 2017/18 or newer?
I’m not desperate to get one immediately so if not I can hold. Executive Package/ Orange Interior |
