Yea last time i checked the tips did not fit the AA exhaust so once Msanity ordered the tips i thought it would be a better idea to double check with Vorsteiner before shipping it

Most people say that yes you can - you would have to confirm this with AA - I think they need to specially ceramic coat them. The AA tips seem to be a bit taller than some other tips. I am personally looking for something a little shorter that is flush with, or sits just inside of, the diffuser (Status Gruppe Diffuser).

Yes this is true as for AA ceramic coating the tips. That is how i ordered my setup with the blk tips. As for the length of the exhaust tips, i have been told that they are adjustable enough to where u can set them flush to the diffuser! Can anyone who has confirm that they can be adjusted to sitting flush with diffuser??? Maybe DMK? I appreciate it!

I just installed my Akra Evo this past Saturday and i really just one take it off ASAP.

Can someone please lmk if this exhaust will eliminate that annoying sound the s55 makes wen letting of the gas after going WOT for 1000 or so RPM?

I mean that loud brattttt it makes in every gear while just flooring it for a moment and release the gas just after.

You can hear it multiple time in this video

Thanx for the help

I have full AA with ER downpipes.

It drones, from about 55 mph to 65 mph, in 7th gear. ALL aftermarket exhausts will drone with this car though. And the AA can easily be remedied by dropping to 6th gear, and it removes the drone.

Having said that, the only other negative to this exhaust is the loud cold start for a minute or less, with no way to turn the volume down.

Other than that, it's a badazz exhaust! Sounds great, deepens the engine tone, and sounds great at WOT. I wouldn't want it any louder. To my ear, I wouldn't mind if it was a little quieter....but that's asking a lot for a full catless exhaust with downpipes, so that's me being nitpicky.

How about droning at 2500 rpm? The AA on my E93 sounded great except for that. Is there any at all?

We have not had any complaints about drone with this chassis

You probably didn't have any complaints because it sounds so damn good in all other rpms, but mine with dct and catless dps def drones at 2500 rpm, not unbearable but def there, I usually just downshift to a lower gear to make it go away

Glad to have you AAboard! Don't forget to check out our slip over tips and tune, they go very well with your new mid pipe.

If you need anything else please let myself or your favorite AA dealer know.
