So I've been messing with these frequencies for a while now and I've finally got it dialed in where sound is as good as I've heard for electronic music (all I listen to)

Logic 7 off

EQ settings
Bass +4
100hz +1
200hz -1
500hz 0
1khz -2
2khz 0
5khz -3
10khz 0
treble +2

Personal preference. Logic 7 distorts the sound to give you a surround experience but it's not necessary since you're surrounded by speakers in the first place.

In my personal opinion, logic 7 sounds better on if your settings aren't dialed in. Encompassing mediocre sound is better than not encompassing. But If you have everything perfect and turn logic 7 off, it's just that much better.

Good question, music is meant to be enjoyed in 2 channel (stereo) and logic is a codec that splits the song to play through all the speakers to create "ambiance" so it ruins imaging and the voices and instruments get lost in the mix, it sounds hollow and it's just a big gimmick

To the OP, thanks. Just got my car this week. Was starting to get disappointed at the HK audio. Before the settings it sounded like it had a cold.

The setting work great also for regeton, merengue and salsa.

Can you show a screenshot? Im not quite clear, are the numbers from the center line as in +4 is +4 to the right from the center line?
