I agree with you that someone will bite if seriously interested; but I don't think it is a buyer's market with the current rates. The residual and MF suck right now. I was easily able to get a substantial percentage off a CS, but the rates killed the deal.

As a result, I've actually been considering buying an M2C. I was able to negotiate $1400 off, but I'm torn and think I might miss my loaded Tanzanite Blue beauty. My problem is I have such a pervasive vehicular-ADHD issue that I always want what I can't have. I tend to get the itch around months 8-15...

You would be surprised how many people have cash to buy a car. But you are right one issue is the rates/residuals but the bigger issue on the opposite side is inventory and eroding value.

Not surprised by how many people have cash to buy cars, I bought (not leased) the wifey our 2018 X5M six months ago...but the point is this is a lease transfer.

This is a great opportunity for someone serious who wants a roughly less than 2yr lease at a great price for a loaded individual color M3ZCP. With the current rates, one would be looking at close to two hundred more per month for the same car.

Bump for an excellent, communicative seller...and when he says he washes and waxes his cars weekly he's not lying. I bought his 2017 SO ZCP last year and I think it still has some of those 52 layers of wax on it. Easily one of the most well cared for used cars I've ever come across.
