Do all CS (for example M4) only come in a few colors? Or can you choose an Individual color and options?

Currency conversion and car prices do not always correlate exactly. Look at the price ratios of other M cars for example.

Huh ?

I guess you have been living under a rock. Have a look at a 2018 M3.

As for the exhaust tips, they are welded on, so they cannot be easily changed.

It is also important to note, that for some odd reason, the M4 CS in this test (by the French Motor Sport Magazine) was shod with the optional less grippy PSS and not the standard PSC2. They only achieved a very lazy 4.5 seconds to 100km/h with the CS. A 911 GTS will out accelerate an M4 CS, but maybe not by a margin as significant as portrayed in this video.

Good insight. Thanks!

I totally agree with you on that but, even taking out $20,000 from the UK price still leaves us at $100,000. Add carbon ceramic brakes and that brings us close to $108,000.
There are 2 new gts on the market for less than $120,000...

Agreed it's far too expensive in the UK £90k is a joke for an M4 before options.

The M4 cs is not limited so I would think this wouldn't be either.

And I agree with you that compared to a 100K M4 CS, a 110-120K M4 GTS is clearly the better bang for the buck and I know which one I would want if I was in the market for one.

Having said that, there are a lot of people on here who do not want an M4 GTS because of the fact that it's not got usable rear seats or everyday practicality/comfort when compared to an M4 CS.

The jump from non-comp to ZCP seems larger and cheaper than the jump from ZCP to CS. Am I wrong ?

My thoughts exactly. They're not testing the headlights, and they're an easily swapped component. Same with the taillights.

My Fellow Canuck... Why do you wish to row through 7 spd on the 401? I agree with the rest. 500 hp w new bigger factory turbos. I will disagree with color scheme. You need a red and a mineral grey in there as well.

I propose a Special Canadian Edition - only 30 made, 6 spd manual, full rock hard suspension for Mosport. 525 hp. CCB, OLEDS, optional cage, optional GTS seats. 2 week driving course at Mosport included in price. If car is not tracked BMW will repo the car. Single Maple Leaf accent inside. ???

Does this sound better?

It will be limited by external factors, like end of production for F80 in Sept/Oct 2018. So maybe a 4-6 month run depending on when they release it. How many can they make? A few hundred at most I’d bet.

The M3 and 3 Series LCI arrived for July 2015 production. It was at the start of MY2016. The thread is a sticky at the top of this forum:

http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1124280

In any case, that LCI is irrelevant as far as the discussion about the headlights is concerned. Those came with the M4 and 4 Series LCI this past March (but the M3 was delayed until July in the US).
