Yeah tell him that's not a problem. Especially since you can pay for shipping and still save thousands after.

You should also share the dealership name here so others can avoid it going forward. Dealerships with this type of business model should lose business dramatically and either adapt or go out of business. This is not a sustainable model in an era where asymmetric information is disappearing.
