Ryan ( trilax59 ) had sent me two routes that look good, one ending up by The Filling Station, the other up at Perkins Memorial Drive; both starting from Skyline Drive.

I'm going to plan to be at the Promenade (Starbucks) in Fair Lawn on 208 somewhere between 630 and 650, roll out for 7. I'll see whoever is interested in the morning!

I have two routes we can take, one ending at the Filling Station and the other at Perkins Memorial - we can collectively decide tomorrow.

Please fill up PRIOR to arriving!!

Inviting everyone for a scenic drive to New York’s Beautiful Hawk’s Nest Highway. Absolutely no racing! Hawk’s Nest Drive

5:30 – 5:45 AM: Meetup at Palisades, Mall, NJ (Best Buy Parking Lot)

6:00 AM: Depart for Dunkin Donuts, 59 Orange Turnpike, Sloatsburg NY (20 min drive)

6:30 AM: Depart for Appalachian Trail Parking/ Tiorati Circle, Arden Valley Rd, Southfields, NY (20 min drive)

7:00 AM: Depart for Port Jervis. Meet up spot at USPS Postal Service: 505 NY-42, Sparrow Bush, NY (1h drive)

8:15 AM: Depart for Hawk’s Nest Drive. Enter Mongaup Valley Wildlife Management in your GPS. Turn around, regroup and meet back up at the USPS Parking Lot. (20 min round-trip)

We can then drive again and this time stop at designated spots for photo taking.

Once done we can either head back home or have breakfast at Muller’s Port Jervis Diner.
