F80 fitment question

Wonder if you guys can point me in the right direction before I pull the trigger

I don’t want any arch mods or rear arms. Currently on AFE HAS so height can he adjusted if need be

Can I get away with these on an f80

20" x 9" et18 front and deeper 10.5" et27 rear Running 265/30/20 and 295/30/19 ?

How high can your AFE go in the rear? 295 on that offset will be tough, and the top of the tire will probably poke out more than you'd like. Don't want to look like a Chevy S10 - at least I wouldn't.

Front would be fine.

They can go up a fair bit.... may be able to get the offset to ET32.....as I can get them adjusted..... such a good deal on the wheels.... so I’m really in two minds at the moment. I just bout the 4S in 295 so I really wanna use them

Well, what I can contribute is that I'm on 10.5 +30 rear, and have a 285 Continental ECS, lowered on MS springs which is about -17mm from stock, and I have 1 finger gap between tire sidewall and inside of fender.

+32 is 2 more mm inward, but it is only 2mm, not sure how that translates to tire fitment for a 295, but as long as you can raise the rear to be higher than -17mm vs stock, I'd say that would work.

Ok so if your ones are et30 and the wheels I want without any ET grinding (so that would be ET 27)
Should fit ok right?.... like you said you have a one finger gap between the fender wall and the wheel..... you got regular size fingers right?

Just measured my finger (first time for everything I guess) and it's 15mm diameter.

From simple math,

+30 offset on 285 tire leaves 15mm of space on MS springs (-17mm height)

+27 on 285 tire leaves 12mm of space.

You need to look up the actual width of the 285 Continental ECS vs. 295 MP4S. I've heard they're wide for their size, but just need to look up and compare.

Keep in mind that my set up does not rub whatsoever. Your mileage may vary once you go wider than what I have, which is why I asked earlier how high your AFE goes in the rear to compensate for this. There's no doubt the tire will fit with the car standing still. Driving on it is a completely different story.

Lol... indeed at least now you know!.... many thanks too your input. I think if I have enough room to adjust ET by 5 mm I should be safe either way.

It just strange why some people say they have 11” with ET 25 on 305’s and get no rub at all!!?

Not sure if this was for me, but what other information are you looking for? I thought I gave you everything you needed to research and determine whether or not the wheels and tires would fit. Just need to compare the tire sizes on Tire Rack and compare your suspension height to mine and you'll have a pretty well-educated guess.

Do you have pics of your rear fitment?
