Anyhow, my deal is as follows:

2019 San Marino Blue M4CS
$107K MSRP
24 month 10K mile per year lease
$1k out of pocket
$763/month tax included

Very tough deal to pass up, but I'm nervous as can be with the shipping since I've had a bad experience in the past with my 2011 E92 M3 being shipped and arriving with scratches.

Appreciate any recommendations!
Make sure you wave at me downtown Fort Lauderdale. I got the exact M4CS. Awesome deal, even has CF mirror caps! Should be rollin around town early July.
Sounds good! Mine has Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps as well.... Twin cars!

Most dealers won't go below $900/month on the M4CS. They think they're doing you a favor giving $20K off on the car, when in reality $30K is what they could do and be fine

63% is the 10,000 mile 24 months, 60% for 30 months, and it's 57% for 36 months. Add 1% for 7500 miles for each.

It becomes on incredible deal considering the sum of all parts, and unless you really really really need that arm rest and rear vents (I don't need those luxuries, and I barely use the "comfort access" on my current car because I always put my briefcase in the trunk and unlock the car first, even though I know the trunk will unlock itself within proximity...call me old school at 32yrs.. lol)
I would consider a M4 CS as I have had 5 convertibles in a row, but production will cease prior to the end or my F83 lease next September. Considering a M8 coupe, but the F83 residuals might be as higher than the 10k/36 is 60% this month. 1st world problems.

I'll post my west-coast FL deal if it goes through today. Hope I end up in my M4 CS this morning.

Especially in SoFL. I won't ever deal with the local dealers again.

WOW! What a residual, as when these CS models 1st came out the residuals were sub 50%. Just have patience on the higher end priced models and eventually BMWFS will subsidy the lease-- just don't purchase at lease end as you'll be upside down.
I don't know about that. As long as you don't throw $10-$20K in options on the car, there still could be equity at lease end as the residual isn't exactly astronomically high. Also, with the car being very limited, once production stops, there will be a market for them which could help the value hold strong....

You sure about that? Supposedly there's fewer than 500 M4CS's in the US. Not sure what your definition of Limited is.....

The M4CS is still being produced for the 2019 model year. The M3 CS was only produced for 2018.

So... yea... I'm sure about it. 😜

I get what you're saying, yet even after 2020 production of the M4CS, there will probably be fewer than 700 in the US.

Please share with us how 700 is not a Limited # in regards to a specialty car?!?

Both are limited by the production time frame.
We gonna just see more F82 because the production time was longer.

Clearly in downtown Fort Lauderdale they are not "limited" with at least (3) of them tearing up the streets! lol

Solid point. Haha.... I like to think that they are still somewhat limited, yet us people in Florida gravitate towards finely engineered, fun cars!

They are both limited due to demand and production. Whether that matters at all for future resale value remains to be seen.

they are not limited enough as dealers are having hard time moving them , and this is why we are getting great leases

Production has pretty much ceased for the M4 CS because of this, which was the demand (lack of) part of my comment.

The M3/4 CS followed the GTS sales curve (except for the early crazy over MSRP deals/flipping). The early adopters got screwed on price, then the rest of us late to the party types got lucky and scooped up some amazing deals on the last of them.

Whether either of them become cult hits and hold their value like a 1M years down the road remains to be seen. I'm very skeptical of this, but I guess you never know. If the next Gen is as polarizing as the F80/82 were than they have a better chance of it.

Intercity is a joke. $995 to transport 225 miles within FL? This should be $300-$400 max.

I got a more reasonable quote this afternoon from another enclosed carrier in the $400 range. Makes more sense. I've shipped enclosed from LA to Fort Lauderdale for $1100 so I knew it was a BS quote.
