Launch control gets enabled, and it doesn’t get much more “abusey” than that. There are no restrictions on RPM, etc, so yes. Many would say it’s okay to “abuse” it from brand new, and that you’ll have a better engine for doing it, but that is a topic of debate. I didn’t track mine right off the break in service, but I certainly didn’t hold back in any way, and started taking it to red line whenever I wanted.
