Coding help! Ambient lighting not working!

Everything else worked fine. Start without clutch pedal didn't work but that was expected.

1- ambient lighting doesn't come on anymore inside. The car is completely dark inside and idrive settings for ambient lighting don't change anything. Was messing with lighting a bit but don't know what coding option caused this.

2- when I drove the car to the market, the AC button would keep flashing green and AC would not come on. Just the fan worked. After the market the AC worked but the button kept flashing. Any ideas what's causing this?

Thanks in advance. This is my first time so I think it went relatively well all things considered.

Using BimmerCode and Veepak on iPad via Bluetooth.

Tough to tell what you coded.

With E-sys, you can VO code modules back to factory and start over.

Ambient lighting changes cannot be done with an F80. This is reserved for vehicles with BDC_Body (eg, F015, G030, etc).

After coding HVAC, sometimes it takes 20 minutes of sleep or idling at low rpm to reset and work again.

same happened to me. It took a day to sort itself out. I thought i screwed something up. This all started when i tried to code the A/C to default to OFF. A/C light started flashing all day with key off.....Scared me.....Took about 6 hours for it to sort itself out.....all good now

Should not take that long, but glad it worked out.

I assume you mean HVAC memory and not default off.
