Lease Payment and Terms: Base Payment is $821.15 + your applicable sales tax in state of residence of new Lessee/ purchaser. US MSRP Build of vehicle is $79025, 10k miles per year, lease end residual is $45550, 56xx current miles on odometer and vehicle is parked in garage. In addition there is $1234.00 in desirable aftermarket cosmetic upgrades professionally installed by BMW dealer saving you time and expense to obtain all the must have cosmetic upgrades. The Build + Upgrades = $ 80,259 Total price. I am asking for a offer of $3000 to assume the lease or buy the car for BMWFS. December 2014 payment has been prepaid. Lease end date is June 12th 2017. There will be 28 months left to be paid on a 36 month lease term with 29 months left of use. It would require roughly $10,000 in out of pocket costs and discounts to lease this car (if you can find it now) with aftermarket upgrades included to get this nice monthly payment. I am in no rush or need to transfer the lease so please no lowball offers will receive any type of response. My profession enables me travel to Europe often and ED is a viable cost neutral option I can enjoy virtually each year.

Vehicle Warranty/Prepaid Maintenance: (Very important!) : Due to the fact that this vehicle was leased prior to July 1st date the prepaid maintenance agreement does carry over and included to the new owner/lessee. BMW North America changed this policy and if you were to acquire any BMW from any private party OR Dealer after program termination on July 1st you would be responsible for maintenance costs during lease.

About this Vehicle: This special order 2015 BMW F80 M3 is a nearly loaded Customer Production Vehicle with highly desirable aftermarket accessories and exclusive parts available immediately. The M3 was part of the BMW North America Global Launch Celebration held at the BMW Welt in Munich Germany on June 23rd 2014. This vehicle was part of a major European Delivery Group delivery honored to be the first BMW M3/M4 cars ever delivered to a customer at the Welt and specifically ordered for this event. As a result of being a special ED car delivered prior to June 30th there are included Euro required touches that tastefully add to the uniqueness of this amazing car.

This F80 M3 has been meticulously maintained by an obsessive and well known owner in the BMW BIMMERPOST community and honestly the guy every enthusiast desires to acquire a perfectly maintained vehicle with zero worries. This vehicle is in showroom condition with zero flaws, damage, and absolutely no smoking, food, or liquids is ever comes near the car. There has been absolutely no mechanical or electronics issues with car and has only been in shop for 1200 mile break-in service. The car has been kept in a temperature controlled private home garage dedicated for M3. Vehicle has been 100% professionally hand washed and protected no less than every 2 weeks since delivery back in the states on Aug 12th 2014. The detailer has applied extensive high quality paint & surfaces protection treatments across entire interior and exterior including paint correction. The car has been used for pleasure driving and entertaining business clients. The car is not driven in any type of snow or wet weather as it is a pleasure driven vehicle only. Vehicle will be delivered with final comprehensive professional detail included!

Lease Transfer Process

Once interest is expressed and agreement reached the following process will be executed:

1. I will contact BMWFS with new potential replacement Lessee contact information. They will send an email credit app link to the party to be taking over lease.
2. New lessee will fill it out online while submitting the $100 Application Fee + $400 Lease transfer fee which is immediately reimbursed if the new lessee is NOT approved.
3. Once approved, usually 24-48 hours, new Lessee will receive and email saying so, and current and new lessee will each receive the stage 2 paperwork.
4. You must sign and have notarized the paperwork they email you (including odometer disclosure statement) and the lessee must sign and provide proof of insurance.
5. Both current and new lessee will overnight mail the paperwork back and within another week or so (or as short as 1-2 days depending on lease transfer volume) you and the new lessee will receive an email saying you can release the car to the new lessee.
6. The new lessee will get a packet in the mail they'll need to take to DMV for plates/registration/ect.

You don't pay those bastards $500.00 because they wont help you at all!(did business with them before) Have your buyer go directly trough BMW financial to be approved. Just my 2 cents.

Not sure what you mean as the above are the fees that BMWFS charges for a lease transfer. Does not apply if you finance and is the lender I used for my F80. I don't know of any finance company that does not charge a fee for similar transaction.

In getting good buzz and interest. This car will likely be sold by end of week. Who is your dealer? I have some contacts in Florida if car is still available in a few days
