Your price is just about at invoice. if loyalty is not already included, your final price would be below invoice. Good deal!

I found this m3 and was wondering what type of deals and discount that I should expect to receive(loyalty, lease credit, etc.)

Was planning leasing this and was going to do 30k/3year and put down MAX MSD. Was hoping for a monthly payment between $700-850.

MSRP: $79,695

Cars.com says target price is $75k is that realistic?

No current lease credit, loyalty is only if you had a BMWFS account within the last year. At your hopeful numbers you'd be looking at a $775 per month before tax payment. Getting that much off an M3 may be pretty hard right now though. Most dealers aren't dealing. Did a search on bellevue in the 2016 pricing thread and one guy mentioned them giving him $2k over invoice after incentives.

Nice build though, exactly what I ordered minus enhanced Bluetooth.

Thanks firedown! If you don't mind me asking how did you come up with $775?

The windows calculator has a build in lease work sheet. There's also the leasematic app, that's what this picture is from.

Just downloaded maybe i'm doing this wrong but considering I get 2k discount from MSRP I'm getting some pretty high numbers. I did calculate the Money Factor as if i were putting down Max MSDs but did not put a down payment value.

How did you get the $7299 due at signing amount?

Enter .00135 for the MF. You mentioned you wanted to do MSDs, so click the MSD section. Enter up to 7, for max, and .00007 reduction for each. You'll get an effective MF of .00135 - .00049, but it doesn't change the value shown. Your term should also be 36, and not 34.

You say 0 down. It then mention MSDs. MSDs by their nature require you pay those upfront. If you mean nothing else down except MSDs (which at $800 is $5,600 at pickup) and rolling in everything else including fees, then it will be difficult to get to $800.

Some quick numbers (using 8% tax):

You can get to $830 if you keep MSRP at $71k and get a deal of $1,500 over invoice but you'd have to qualify for $2,000 in rebates. Right now that would mean loyalty $1,000 and UDE $1,000. My guess is you don't have either seeing that you have an S4. Without those you're at $900. You can't realistically shave $100/month in anyway even with a stripper car.

Don't forget fees. They are not listed on your screen shot. This will be at a minimum the $925 acquisition, $80 doc, and title/registration. In NY/NJ/CT, dealerships add fees from $300-$500 with no way around it. When you use say $1500 in fees and your first payment of $800, that's $64/month.

If the MSRP is truly 78K and the dealer is offering to sell at 71.5K . . .that's bellow invoice . . . that seems like a steal, unless there is a catch

Sorry silly mistake, I was doing this at work yesterday. So I did redo it and came up with a couple different scenarios based on some feedback. Still wasn't able to get the exact numbers but probably due to sales tax.

Also is the "Sales Tax Due Upfront" a one time payment or will I see that added on to "Total Monthly Payment" every month?

One time payment, it's on the acq fee 925 * 0.9 = 83.25. When you entered the fees you checked the "TAX" box (or it defaults to being checked) for the $925 acq fee. I'm not sure what Washington taxes or not regarding fees.

Just placed an order for a 2016 M3 and wanted to see what the general thought on it is. The car has a MSRP of $75,895. After working with a few dealers the deal I came to is $5,000 drive off and $850.67 a month. 36mo/12k miles. Didn't get the selling price but it looks to be at least $3300 off MSRP.

When I take delivery i am thinking about paying drive off costs and using the remaining as MSD. I think the break down is $2,471 (incl including 1st months, acq, dmv fees) with the remaining $2,531 going to lower my cap cost.

Would this be considered a pretty good deal?

How do you order a car but not think it's a good idea to get the selling price, at the very least?

I like how you chose to edit your initial commentary, you know the part where you mentioned that you "don't mean to come off like a jerk".

Either way this would have been a good number to get from the dealer and Ive asked for it and am expecting a response, I never professed to knowing the ins and outs of leasing a car, all I know is that with the same dp over the last few months Ive received quotes of $950+ a month.

Thats primarily the reason why I posted here to ask and get feedback.

My dealer is trying to BS me last moment. Isn't the loyalty credit towards the MSRP of the car? Is is taxed?

I was surprised to see u write that u didn't know the selling price that's all. (I guess that's what I should have said to begin with)
Now let's talk about your deal. It's hard to comment Bc all u/we have is the monthly payment and the down payment. We need to know more info, lot more.
What is Selling price? What will the down payment cover? Any rebates that will be applied and how will they be applied? U leasing seems like, what's the MF? Are you doing any MSDs?
U should also find out what the invoice price is.
Can u find out this info so we can evaluate the deal. I also would recommend looking over how a lease is calculated if you are not familiar with it. If you have a smart phone get this app Leasematic, it's great. Will calculate ur lease within a dollar.
I ordered my car 3 months ago so do have some recent personal experience with the process.

Edit-can u list all the options uttered on the car also.

I appreciate the help, I really do. I have some figures that I know off hand waiting to hear back about the selling price and what rebates (but from what i remember Aprils rebate was not lockable so he said we would look at what was available when the car arrives).

The car build is in my signature.

MSRP - $75,895
Cost -
Residual - 63%
MF - .00135

Ive requested he give me a quote sheet with the final break down with what the dp covers and what invoice is, but he's out until tomorrow.

I didn't choose MSD's but willing to change that up if it makes more sense.

Again thanks and will provide more info when he gets back.
