Look at the current offers at BMWUSA. It will show the MSRP and lease end residual. 5 series residuals seem to have jumped up to 67% for 10k miles. No word on MF yet.

Do all of you lease? Does no one give a damn about what the actual finance rate is for July? The website is confusing it says 0.9 in spots and 2.9 in others

As in the other thread you posted, it is 0.9% as indicated in the specific model section on BMWUSA website. Not all portions of the site have been updated yet.

Got a quote from dealer, 2017M3 base MSRP $64000
He listed wholesale (we negotiate over invoice) $60020 which is ~93.8%, not 93% mentioned here. Is that correct number or different dealers get different numbers for wholesale?

Also, they added $180 training fee which I read added on when wholesale shown. Can this be negotiated/removed?

I ran the numbers I saw that it has went up to 66% for 10k at least but the others I'm not so sure of.

Invoice has in fact changed for MY17 - the 93.8% sounds about right, although I don't have the exact details.

Training fee is additional on the invoice price.

Ask them to show you the invoice price when you are signing the papers.

Invoice increased for MY17. That is, the margin is now slimmer than ~93%. The $60,020 is correct and includes the training fee.

When you place the order, your CA should provide you with a order sheet that looks something like this. This is for a MY2017 F82. You can see the explicit $180 training fee. That's standard from BMW.
