How does the sound differ from the AA pipe?

Dual midpipe will give you a more aggressive tone

Single midpipe like Active Autowerke has a cleaner, rasp free tone.

It all depends on your mods and the exhaust tone you are looking for
I'm running VRSF downpipes

Why doesn't VRSF just get their shit together and offer a complete turbo-back setup? I'm tired of seeing 3k+ pieces of mild steel tubing.

Aggressive tone is what I want for sure. Waiting for someone to get this and some sound clips...before I pull the trigger.

Listed on EBAY. I'd assume the price is around $500.

No clue why this was posted with no pricing attached.

Was PM'ed $499 retail, but $429 shipped for an intro price (I guess to my zip code). Only for this month.

Didn't wanna pull the trigger yet until someone else was the guinea pig for the sound clips...:

Have spent a good deal of time searching/listening to videos and also inquired with Mike regarding a midpipe OR downpipe solution. Looking for improved sound without being too loud. The improvement needs to be able to support a flash tune (stage 2, similar to JB4 Map 2). Going to go with either the downpipe or midpipe, not both.

VRSF downpipes + Active Autowerke midpipe is an insane combo. A friend has it, and I think I will be going that route vs my initial decision of a full akra system.

I think that will be too loud for my and my neighbors’ liking. I will keep the ZCP rear.

My friend lives in a neighborhood and has no issues. Flaps closed until he hits the gate, then they are open the rest of the trip. I had the same concern until he proved it to me in person.

We're working on it. Just finishing up a couple 335i projects and our M4 is going to get some love. Full 3.5" exhaust like our E92 solution, front mount heat exchanger and top mount water to air intercooler along with a replacement chargepipe for the intake manifold side.

Lots of work to do!

Pics of the midpipes installed please...
Any videos?
3" or 2.5" - your item description states both.

I'll buy a set sight unseen, if I'm offered a deal I can't refuse; then get them installed and upload pics and videos. I have an F82 ZCP.

How would this fit up to Zima catless downpipes and Eisenmann rear section? How raspy are we thinking this would be? I may be willing to install and provide high quality sound clips if you can get this to me by next week. Shoot me a PM.

Will this fit the M Performance Exhaust without cutting. Or does it need to be cut at the end of the pipe for it to fit on the MPE. PM a price as well.

So this is just to replace the secondary cats "section 2"....

Section 1 = downpipe / primary cats
Section 2 = secondary cats
Section 3 = resonator
Section 4 = muffler

It would be great to see them make section 3 x-pipe!! Like the Dinan X-pipe!

From the pic, I don't think it will be a direct bolt on. The end of the mpe mid slips onto the stock exhaust, and the vrsf front pipe also slips onto the mid pipe. So now you have both ends that's slip on instead of one end that's slip in and the other that's slip on.
