Sakhir Orange F80 M3 at Sonoma Raceway - 19" SM-10 Wheels

Sam’s Sakhir M3 WITH 19″ SM-10 WHEELS

We recently met up with our friend Sam at Sonoma Raceway to photograph our new 19″ SM-10 wheels in anthracite on his stunning Sakhir Orange BMW F80 M3. This is the first time we have seen our new 19” SM-10 wheels physically mounted to a vehicle, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Beyond the new SM-10 wheel design and its impressive features, this photoshoot highlights our new 19x10” ET25 front with 275/30-19 tires and 19x11” ET44 rear wheel with 305/30-19 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. You can get more details on the wheel setup and car modifications on this page below the photo gallery.

These are quite nice. Do you have weights for these without tires?

Gorgeous, I don't know how BMW is going to top the looks of the F8X cars with the next generation.

Thank you for the kind words. Our EC-7 and SM-10 19" wheels both offer excellent clearance to the OEM CCB's. Clearance to both the spokes and barrels is more than adequate in both of these designs.

The 19x10" ET25 and 19x11" ET44 both come in at just 24 lbs. After many months of BMW-specific optimizations, we’ve minimized weight while maximizing strength. 19” wheels typically have less tire protecting them from the imperfections in the road, and that calls for load ratings that are 10% above the JWL/VIA’s standard. The result is a lightweight wheel with extra strength in all the right places. Use the SM-10 with confidence on both street and track.

This car is fitted with various Dinan suspension goodies and is running completely stock factory alignment settings.

Not trying to be a stickler, but I assume this means that the ride height has not been changed either? Is the car at factory ride height?

Thanks

I apologize for not being more clear, as this car is fitted with the Dinan coilover kit for cars equipped with EDC.

Due to this the car has been lowered slightly, so as pictured, is not sitting at the factory ride height.
