It's a Willingess to Pay problem. You will never find it in this forum, go fishing for fools in places where people are not informed of prices. However, note that people rich enough to pay unreasonable prices will buy a full price car at Braman motors and pay over MSRP for a "virgin". People that are price conscious (I.e. Those in this forum) will definitely not pay MSRP - that is probably the purpose of coming to this forum in the first place!

I personally have no problem with him selling the car for a profit if he can, but that outcome seems rather unlikely.

I wonder if BMW can track down the OP and refuse him future European deliveries for life. Selling with 1,000 miles on the car is one thing - the OP didn't even drive this one in Europe.

To the OP: The car is used, has no free maintenance program, and is priced above what a normal person can buy it for brand new. While I respect your right to ask any price you want, your asset is depreciating and you are losing time-value on your money.
