M4 F82 Seat Emblem Replacement under extended warranty?

Hey all,

Got a M4 F82 2017 in november and loved it since, got it with extended warranty which gave me "level 4" coverage for 5 years/60,000 miles.

My question was that the seat emblems in the car are the old one and were never changed to the new "M4" emblems. They're also cracked which is common with these cars. I was wondering if replacement would be covered under my extended warranty, I know they're covered with new car warranty.

Should be covered. But Be very specific about which one you want because warranty is replacement of the same part #.

When I purchased my car, I brought it up to them and they replaced both.

Did you have the new car warranty or an extended warranty?

I got mine replaced under new car warranty with the black versions. No hassle at all.

My driver's side got replaced under warranty back in 2019, unfortunately since only one needed replacing it was done with the old silver unit.
