Short front overhang, front axle moved far forward, rear axle under the C-pillar, thick hips... BMW really did a great job designing the F80.

The Georgia Audi Club had a Tail of the Dragon drive on Saturday, and I took the M4 since it had never been down there. Compared to the 2015 M4 I had, this one felt much more planted and confidence-inspiring. Of course, it has the BMW suspension, revised competition pack bits, and wider tires. After the Dragon runs, we stopped at Tapoco Lodge for a nice lunch. The weather was cool but very pleasant; we lucked out as far as that goes. There was also a champagne topaz M5 running around; I didn't get a chance to talk to its owner, but that color is striking in person. Red is definitely for me, but that is a very cool color to see. Congrats to those who picked it.
