Car turns on automatically in sport mode

Hey guys i have a f82 M4 cs and from the day i bought it whenever i start the car the supspension and steering wheel are automatically on sport mode. I tried searching through the menus but I can’t find anything related to it except m1 and m2 configuration
Does anyone have any similar problemsor a solution?

I saw in my Bimmercode that it can be coded to start in economy. Not sure if that impacts suspension and steering settings etc. as i dont mind that it starts in Sport. All i do is hit M1 as i have that programmed for economy and comfort etc.
