Are my rotors dull?

Hey, it was hard to measure with the calipers as there’s a tiny lip, came out to 29.4mm.

From the looks of things, should they be replaced?

I assume we are talking about 380mm x 30mm front rotors.
New thickness is 30mm, minimum thickness is 28.4mm.

Rotor should be fine. Pad looks a little thin from the angle.

I have those same pads. Been using them for like 3 years. Still looking like new and been using the original rotors with the car. 67K miles now.
