CEL ON COLD START... MISFIRE?

Hello, new guy here. Just got a F80 a few days ago and have driven it for about 300-400 miles.

I started the car this morning and threw a CEL! I read the cel via bimmerlink and a bunch of codes showed up mainly misfire on Cylinder 4 and 6. Resetted it and drove for about 20 miles on different gears/speed/rpm and CEL didn't come back.

Is this issue common? I already ordered new 6 coilpacks & ngk spark plugs. Thank you!

Prior maintenance history?
Any aftermarket mods?
How many miles?

Not on stock cars. Ever.

If yours is modified, all bets are off.

Why?
Throwing parts onto a car is rarely an economical way to solve a problem!

Find someone who can troubleshoot what's wrong with your car before you start throwing cash at it.
