Keeping track of my cars market value

Hope I'm not breaking any rules by asking this... But it's always my experience that forum users and vehicle owners have a good temperature on price.

I have Mineral Gray, 2018 M4 ZCP in 3 pedal. Cloth seats.

What is the market value on a car like this today? Pristine condition.

Mileage, accident/paint history, mods, etc. Are all integral factors to the price.

Without knowing any of that - cloth ZCP seats are super rare, so that drives up the price a bit. Manual drives up the price a bit. If you are patient and willing to deal with the BS, you will get more money selling private party, but it never hurts to go to Carfax/Vroom/Carvana and put your car in to see what they offer. I've heard that, lately, your rando dealer down the street is paying more than those three (that's not always the case).

Oh crap.. Thought I posted it... Duh!

Just under 15k. No accidents. Easily reversible mods (camber plates and brake pads).. Needs new tires cause Willow Springs SUCKS.

Are you trying to get market value to put for track insurance?

Manual + ZCP are the primary factors of value here. Cloth doesn't change the value - if anything it's less desirable in an F8x - rarity does not equate to value especially in this case. For cloth seats to drive up the value of a performance car with an MSRP of $70k+ to any extent is illogical. Maybe the BAT nutjobs would pay a small premium, but an average consumer - no.

In stock form I'd imagine ~55k is a fair price (if you were to sell on Autotrader/CG private party or something similar) with Exec pack, give or take 2k less without. Forum value is probably slightly lower but harder to gauge since there are many cars with damage, track time, mods, different mileage, etc.
