I may be wrong but I think the only way would be to code it out with something like bimmercode or the likes?

I coded mine completely out but I can't remember off-hand if you can specify a specific drive mode.

I think it’s all or nothing. Burbles are reduced in other engine modes with sport+ being the loudest.

I honestly believe the f8x sounds best with zero burbles/pops. I find it obnoxious and annoying just like the 99.999% of other people on the road.

With BM3, you can try setting the burble (already at 0.1 seconds) speed and RPM at a higher range where ideally you’d never be in.

I downloaded Bimmerlink and turned off the burbles completely. I prefer the smooth sound of the inline-6 over the fake overrun/burbles. If anything, I prefer natural burbles.

Like others have said, Sport is mild burbles and Sport+ is the most aggressive.

Sorry. New to the F82 platform. I have a GTS. Can someone explain how to code out the burbles?

You can use the app ‘Bimmerlink’ along with an OBD II adapter to turn off the burbles completely.

I’m sure there are plenty of Youtube videos that have a tutorial.
