I bought an M4CS recently and noticed the black badge was installed all janky. I removed it and didn’t want to freeball the spacing and positioning, so I cut some vinyl to mock it up. After installing it I kind of like it! I am finding the flat look to be pretty cool.
Also…weight saving 🤣🤣

I think it's an interesting take and looks like you did a nice job. Personally, i like the raised BMW badges so would try to lay it out and rebadge.
Would someone with an m4 CS in your area be willing to meet up and you can measure and map out the badges?

Just for a note the M4 CS badge was never in black it was in chrome hence why wonky as someone stuck this on aftermarket. Personally would put back to OEM though the chrome is not for everyone.
Only black badge was put on the M4 Comp as part of the shadow line ethos they used. |

It doesnt look bad but i prefer the badge instead of vinyl. You should be able to replace the doublesided tape on the old badge and reapply.
I used painters tape to align my badge when i switched from chrome to black. |
