Good Paint Shop in the DC Metro area for bumper respray?
I had my car in for a professional detailing a few days ago and I'm fairly certain they took some paint off the front of my bumper in a few places when they were buffing. Flakes came off in circular shapes, the largest leaving a golf ball size space where the plastic was showing.
To be fair, I hadn't been paying much attention to my front bumper for weeks and it was covered in rock chips and bug corpses from several long country road trips, so the damage likely already started small. Besides them (potentially) lying about it, it mostly tells me that the BMW dealer I bought the car from a few years ago did a cheap respray so they could CPO it. I'm keen to get it resprayed since the swatches of touch up paint I used look, well, terrible. Anybody have good paint shop recommendations in the DC Metro area who will do a proper job removing the plastic bumper for a paint job? |

D&V Masters. Not the cheapest, but they do high quality work.

I used a mobile service recently - Sant Auto Paint. They also do repairs in addition to paint. They do great work. As previously mentioned, D&V is also excellent.
