So I have my grandparents' Franka Rolfix 1. It's a 120 film folding camera. I've been interested in panoramas for quite a while... So I decided to try stuffing some 35mm film in it with adapters to see what I'd get. This is my test shot. I'll do more in the future, but I think it's a good start. Sprocket holes aren't necessarily what I plan on for future shots.

This was given to my dad by his aunt when he was a kid. This is a Kodak Junior Six-20 that was bought new in the 1920s, and I recently restored it. I need to find the pictures of the setup, since I used a Rubbermaid lid taped to a speedlite for the red background. Hey, they say improvise, adapt, overcome, right?

Almost all my wildlife shots in the last 2 years have been with my Sony A9, either with the 100-400, or (since I got it) the 200-600 lens, with a 1.4TC attached. With the TC, I am limited to f8 or f9 depending on the lens, and I try to use nothing slower than 1/1000 with 1/2000 or higher preferred. I set the aperture and shutter speed manually and leave the ISO in Auto and let the camera decide. That leaves me free to concentrate on tracking and framing the critter. 99% of my shots are hand held, and shot from my car (I am disabled and can't trek the big heavy gear). For landscapes I prefer my Fuji set up as it is much smaller and easier to carry or hang around my neck if I am treking anywhere with my crutches or chair. |

I am a new owner of a Sony A7c, and should have my Fuji x1oov back soon after it showed that 'water resistant', or whatever they claim, means little. I have three prime lenses for the Sony (25mm2f Zeiss, 50mm2.8f Sony Zeiss, & 85mm1.8f Sony). For landscape & animals (dogs), someone long ago told me to use speed priority, set to as low as possible, so the aperture (& now ISO) can be optimized by the camera, those being on auto (Pentax Super Program). I want to change that! Many of my shots are in early morning light, or deep forest. Murf PS: I clicked over to the Flickr site; thanks, that's the info I need. I thought you had one of those 48mp cameras. GM lenses! ISO100, 1/250sec, f/2.5, Olympus xz1
