They are open, I just spoke with them yesterday about getting some service done. Hit up Justin he’s very communicative and helpful. They are super busy so getting through can be a bit challenging.

I had a poor time reaching out to them trying to buy some TE's and kept getting some asian lady that barely spoke English before I got a call back from some guy. Asian lady was very nice and polite though.

Is the shop a different business than the Website? Did you guys split up and go separate ways or something?

I'm friends with Justin at Auto Talent. There's a lot of dumb politics in place. The separation is to distinguish where leads come from. Since the internet has more reach more people contact the online site, which is run by Golan.

Based on all the reviews and complaints you can clearly see Golan isn't doing a good job

He also seems to have some kind of power trip because he's been getting his coworker's accounts banned, ie - Matt and Justin

Justin is the ultimate plug for anything as well.

I never deal with the website. I suggest people contact Justin directly and save yourself the headache. He gets things done and is extremely responsive via text.

Had a crap experience with Auto Talent dealing with Golan. Will never deal with Auto Talent again.

Same experience here with Golan which is poor. Just doesn't respond to emails and when he does its seriously lacking any relevant details.

having a nightmare of a time just trying to reach them. its either they don't pick up their calls or had me wait like 20 mins after they pick up the call.

i actually bought stuff from Justin before and he was quick to respond but this time around im not sure whats happening to that place, trying to order a down pipe for my nsx and couldn't even get through

I bought some stuff off their website back in May of this year. I shared the same concerns as everyone else on here. Didn't know if they were still in business and getting any sort of response was lackluster. I don't recall exactly how I was able to get a hold of someone finally. It was either through persistent phone calls or through the chat function on the website I can't 100% recall. Ultimately, they pulled through with my order.
