Very cool. I was impressed with how quickly my M3 got to Chicago from Germany. My previous custom ordered Audis took about 12-13 weeks, and my M3 was here in 7. Was a pleasant surprise when my salesman called me much earlier than I was expecting.

Definitely glad to hear that. I was expecting to receive the car around mid September but it seems like it will be here much faster as well.

BMW European Delivery estimates 6-8 weeks to Eastern US and 8-10 weeks for Western US. Last year, my wife's 2018 M3 was dropped off at Charles De Gaulle airport outside of Paris on Monday, July 30 and was re-delivered at our dealer in San Diego on Friday, September 28, just 8 weeks and 4 days! This was our third Euro Delivery and a record for re-delivery for us.

Status was changed to "In Transit" this morning since my last update! I am honestly getting super anxious!

From what I've been reading the car should take another 6-8 weeks to arrive. My next update should be pictures of the car

Purchased a set of BBS LM-Rs today now that the delivery date is getting closer. I was planning on enjoying the 666Ms but it's looking like they will see less than 50 miles of road before getting swapped out lol.

I asked my guy at the dealer and he was able to provide me with the boat name.

I think the best site to track your boat is marinetraffic.com

I was provided with an ETA so I subscribed to track the progress for the last week.

Super convenient because you can sign up right away and cancel the subscription on your own by accessing your account. The trial will last the full week without having to call or email someone.

The status updated this morning and I am assuming the car was dropped off at the dealership. However due to Labor Day only the sales team is working. Hopefully it will be ready for me to pick up tomorrow!

Order date: 6/21/19
Dropped off at Dealership: 9/02/19

About 73 days/2 months 12 days

I lagged it on the photos but here is my baby.

The car was immediately taken to get PPF on the full front and have Ceramic Pro applied on the exterior and interior.

Ceramic tints were also installed all around including the windshield.

KW HAS Suspension arrived this morning so the car is at the shop waiting to get those installed.

BBS LM-Rs with custom finish should also be finished by the time the suspension settles.

Custom steering wheel about 6 more weeks.

Aero parts - possibly Vorsteiner all around + others

Interior parts - going with Dinmann for almost all the interior CF trim parts

Engine mods - I haven't even thought about it until the break in period is over. Still up in the air.

Looks amazing!

I will be doing PPF on mine as well - just need to decide between full front plus fenders and rear bumper or full PPF all around.
