Seeking Advice Shop damaged my bumper

Asking around for advice

Detail shop scratched up by bumper trimming the suntek ppf they applied. They tried to buff out the scratches(razor cuts) but they couldn't get them out. They have offered to get the front bumper repainted/blended and tint the windows as a comp.

Paid 3800 to get the full front wrapped with suntek, rims coated with bc06, and the whole car coated with modesta bc04.

Should I be asking for more?

Is that the whole scratch? I would have them fill it and touch it up and put ppf over it. Don’t get the whole bumper resprayed for that. It won’t match. Once it’s covered with ppf, you’ll never know.

No, there are two long ones across the bottom and top of the grill as well as two long deep cuts by the head lights

Sheesh. Hope the guy that did the work was a good piano player at least.

Wtf? Did you get an explanation? Why does someone work there that slices up cars?

Yeah I guess repaint. And I would say free work. Honestly they should eat it on principle.

Get it repainted and your money back.

Then, take it to a shop that knows what they are doing.

repaint, and let them redo it. They are tinting your windows free...thats a ballpark 600-700 service free to you. Always let the shop redo if needed.

How about in sunlight? That’s a tough pic to judge. What do you think?
