the orbit gray wheels doesn't have M Performance engraved on the face of the rim. So even if you powder coated the black and gold to orbit gray you can tell it is not an original CS wheel.

As an owner of a set of both Orbit Grey and Black ///M performance wheels, I have to disagree with half of what you've said here and agree with the other half. That isn't the actual problem here though...

I've done enough sales in my life to know when someone doesn't actually want to buy/sell an item and I am certain OP DOESN'T HAVE ANY INTENTION OF SELLING these.

The OP is asking $4250 obo, I see that as a starting point for negotiating a price. Who knows what it will take to buy them. Regardless still seems like a fair starting price for a relatively rare set of oem wheels, tires and tpms. Some of the decent replicas will cost that much after adding the tires..
