Service Advisor - Fairfax BMW
Does anyone have a recommendation for a service advisor at BMW of Fairfax. I am at 400 miles and would like to schedule my 1200 mile service and build a relationship with someone you trust.
Thank you in advance. |

SA: Frankie. She deals with all M cars. She knows to put a "NOT TO WASH" sign on your m car when you get her as your SA.

OP, try to get her to hook you in with Robert as your service tech if she can, it's a great combo.

I dislike fairfax. did you get your car from there? If so I am surprised they gave you such deal(saw your deal on the other thread)- Best I've gotten around here is about $945 no downpayment for a 81k msrp m4.

Another +1 for Frankie...I've been working with her since 2009.

Shae is the man at ffx bmw. I had a bad experience with ffx a long time ago. I always took my bmws to Sterling. Beaver always treated me well. However, they couldn't find the problem with a clanking noise on by f80. Took it to ffx to Give them a chance and I live 5 min from there. Shae is a fellow f80 driver and he goes above and beyond to make Sure you are taken care of. It took them 2 times but my baby is fix perfectly with no noise. He felt sorry so even gave me $500 worth if clothes, jacket, bag.... all M stuff. Give this guy a try. He knows m3s.

What is Fairfax's loaner car policy? Can you prearrange one or is it one of those wait around forever places?

That’s cool, I’m sure both are great SAs but for sure Robert is the go to guy there. He seems to be the one they all ask when no one has the answer. He’s also very meticulous and neat with his work.

I bought my 2016 F80 M3 from BMW of Alexandria and have bought 3 others there. Each experience has been great. Duane Buck was my salesman on the M3 and David Choo on the others. Choo is no longer there. Service adviser is Eun. The treatment is second to none and I'm always given the loaner of choice as long as I get there early morning. Mr. Buck offered to give me his personal car to run my errands. They always make me feel like family.

Just got my 1200 mile service done today with Frankie and Dale (Robert was out unexpectedly). Very happy with the service. Observations:
- Frankie knew not to wash the car since they don't have a touchless wash - She went over the car with an LED light, so we both know where we stood at check-in - I had a technical question about Launch Control, she paged Dale to specifically get an answer - She promised a certain time (since I said I would wait), and she delivered - Customer waiting area was decent where you can order hot food, etc. - Dale was pretty cool to talk to after the service was performed. Chatted about things like exhausts, tuning, and spun crank hubs, lol. - Frankie has an SRT8...bad ass I'll be going back. Thanks, all. |
