Hey guys,

Just curious if anyone would be interested in a lease takeover?
- 2018 San Marino Blue M3
- 6sp Manual
- Ultimate Package
- 18k km on the clock with 2 yrs left as of Feb 9th
- 48k total km at the end of lease.
- 3 yr tire and rim package.

Never tracked, and well taken care of. $1700/mo including taxes.

It’s $1700 CAD. So just under $1300 USD.

I love the color and build options. Including the sunroof.

Trying to get in to a new M5 but totally fine to keep this beauty if no one is interested.

your dealer should work out some sort of deal with you since you are getting the M5

Yes the dealer will take back my car without any penalty and get me into the M5 but I would get a bigger discount if they didn't have to take back the car and I transfer to the lease to someone else. Just looking to lower my monthly payment on the M5 as much as I can so for now, I'm not really offering any incentive.

I'm hoping a 2 year, short term lease on a 6sp Manual, Ultimate Package, SMB that you can just walk away from at the end of the term would be incentive enough. LOL

what is your residual right now? if its higher than what market value is you will need to give a cash incentive to offset difference or else no one is gonna take it lol.

$1700 a month...wow, you're the perfect customer every dealer wants! You're gonna have to offer a big incentive for someone to tale over the lease and someone that wants one with sunroof will be even harder.

I'm interested but would only do a purchase / buy out. That lease payment this early in will unfortunately put the car in a negative equity spot and market price dictates despite how beautiful SMB is
