Suspension upgrade on 2018 M4 with CCB

My 2015 M4, which was heavily modified for track use, was totalled by a drunk driver. I was able to salvage the H&R heavy duty sway bar from it though. I just picked up a 2018 M4 with CCB and competition package. This car comes with 20-inch wheels, but my track wheels are 19-inch with Bridgestone RE-71R tires. I want to keep the EDC for now to maintain the warranty, but I was planning to add M performance or Dinan HAS. My question is will there be any problem switching from the 20-in wheels on the street to 19-in wheels on the track, and is the H&R sway bar going to work well with this set-up, or should I go with the Dinan sway bars and end links? I don't think MP has a sway bar. If I go with Dinan sway bars I guess I should go with the Dinan HAS as well? Any thoughts or experience with this setup would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also considering the M Performance and Dinan HAS on a ZCP. After extensive searching I haven't really been able to get a feel for the pros/cons of each other than the Dinans are linear and the M Performance are progressive springs. Also, I believe the Dinans allow you to lower the car slightly more (1" vs. .8"). I only do occasional autocross days so my requirements are different than yours but IMO I'd go all in with Dinan if you decide to go with their HAS. Here's a review of the S1 package with some commentary on the suspension components and handling.
