Question on CF upper splitter fitment

I bought these and installed with double sided tape.
The issue on both sides is the tapered tip does not sit flush.
I tried using VHB 3M red backed tape but at .46mm it is a bit thick and causes the splitter point to not be flush.
What epoxy or glue would one suggest that would bond almost immeeiately as clamping it is not possible. I know it will pull paint off when I remove but it really looks like shit not being flushed at the end.

Betalink sounds like a nightmare in itself. I would be too afraid that I let it drip or ooze out somewhere. That stuff is tough to work with from what I hear
