It is definitely a legit Stage One Flash/Tune and you will definitely feel the added power and torque. I bought the Stage One Flash w/warranty, start up roar and burbles. So far I am Extremely happy with the Carbahn tune and their support is also amazing. The tune is actually more power than I expected...It just pulls a lot harder now at every Rpm range. I tried to do a Dragy run this morning but I cannot get much traction now with the additional power. I don't get any real traction now until I hit about 4th gear...and i'm on Sport Cup 2 tires.

Super easy to Flash and their Instructions/software were spot on. Everything pretty much loads from the Computer onto the Flasher . Then u use the Flasher to install onto the car. No WiFi needed to flash car and no coding issues. Can also Datalog and read Real-time data channels.
It Took me about 15 minutes total from start to finish. I flashed car without a battery charger too, since the car/battery are pretty much brand new and I didn't have a lithium battery charger available .
Oh yeah...They also responded to all my emails fast as hell too.

It sounds a bit like the M3 Competition pack after run/burble. Don't think I will get much more sound/burble with my Stock downpipes on the car.

Just going over the datalogs and comparing them to my Stock datalogs on my 2018 M3. Fully Stock the car would target a Max of 15psi boost @ 6600RPM in 4th gear. After Flashing the car with the Carbahn Stage One tune, the car now car targets 20.57psi @6600RPM and makes 19.7psi boost in 4th gear. Oh...And you definitely feel the additional power.

The burbles sound like the ZCP models but slightly less. Im pretty sure u do not want aggressive burbles (pops and bangs ) because this map is made for Stock Downpipe on a Stock car. Also i noticed with the exhaust flaps closed there is very little burble but once i open the exhaust flap (can be controlled from the Flasher tablet) i get burbles that you will defenitely hear. The burbles last for about 1-2 seconds after letting off throttle and sound Perfect. My stock M3 had no burbles prior to the tune. After the tune i have nice sounding burbles with flaps open. I really like the sound and could not be happier.

I also spoke to support last week and they said they are working on a Boost by Gear feature that should be released soon. With this tune and the added power you will definitely be struggling for traction in 1,2,3 gears

Update !!! Beautiful day today 41 degrees F so i figured i would try another 60-130 run.
So here it is...... 9.1 sec 60-130mph on a Stock F80 M3 running the Carbahn Stage One Flash. Great Work Carbahn !!!!! Car feels AMAZING !!!!

Will do, but I think this thread answered pretty much everything.

Too much information, but I just have to decide if I want to cancel my BMW Platinum extended warranty/get a different 3rd party one and do this. I drive 20k miles a year so I'm not sure. But, I'm obviously very tempted!

We currently don't offer rev-matching enabling.

The stage 2 kit will consist of a turbo upgrade, and a switchable map box to run race gas for track days, etc.. We are about 1.5-2 months from release.

Already applied on the website, across the board. Once you select your options (burbles or no burbles, etc.) it will display the sale price vs the original price.

Maybe it’s buried in the other posts but do I need to replace my plugs to a step colder with this tune?
Running and planning on staying with stock cats in place. Thx

No need for the colder plugs. The tune was designed for a 100% stock car.
