xm stopped working

hello,

randomly today my xm radio does not get signal. YES I STILL HAVE A VALID SUBSCRIPTION LOL. I called in, they said all they can do is attempt to send signal, but since I do not have the "preview channel" it would not work. I need to take it in to bmw, because they have a ticker stating they are having issues with BMW. Has anyone had this issue? literally was on the phone with XM for 45 minutes for them to tell me the same thing. I want to avoid taking the vehicle in for this, seems like something so easy, from either XM's or BMW side.

thanks

Definitely take it in. Or otherwise just start bluetooth streaming Pandora, Google music, or something similar from your phone because the sound quality will be 100x better then Sirius/XM.

We have Z100 on FM here in NY, which is also a Sirius channel. Switching from FM to XM with the same song playing is a mind blowing experience. . . FM quality is SOOO much better then XM it makes you want to not listen anymore. Its a shame, but the quality really sucks.
