When scientists have found new ways to dispose of CO2 in the atmosphere, and when unlimited oil resources will be available and the international price of oil will take a deep dive.

Will there be a tuning option from the factory (not ZCP)?
When will the (new) M3 be available at the Performance Center? Has the factory run performance comparisons vs the E9x series? If so, results (braking, handling, speed, etc)? Will there be (front) seat options from the factory for US customers? Has using launch control been simplified? If so, how? |

Will there be a special Alcantara interior option at some point? And no, speed cloth is not the same as Alcantara.

Of the launch car in all the press materials, you mean? Yas Marina Blue.

M4 Convertible Questions
Specifically:
- When will the M4 Convertible "concept" be announced/shown? - When will the M4 Convertible likely start production? - How much will the M4 Convertible weigh? - Will the M4 Convertible have a normal hardtop or perhaps a carbon fiber hardtop? Thanks very much for offering to take our questions! Jeremy |

1) When will a comp package be available
2) When will euro delivery start for US 3) Base price with option list, fuel economy and full specs 4) True car weight with steel brakes 5) Will the U.S. every see a limited edition track/ltw model. These build the brand even if sold in small numbers. 6) Why can someone not remove items like stereo, air conditioning, power seats as options to remove weight. 7) Is a sunroof an option 8) Did/have you experimented with a V8 in the M3/4 9) What were additional items you looked at to remove weight? From the pictures I see the exhaust if quite portly and could save a few pounds. 10) Will be see a M4GC Here's some general feedback from M3post enthusiasts 1) Need additional body colors 2) Non LED tail lights as a 2015 model is a joke, as is keyless entry and back-up camera's 3) M3 looks meaner than the M4, need to widen the rear fenders on the M4 and give it more curves for an aggressive stance 4) Hood line only looks good in dark colors because its hidden - need more dark colors 5) Wheel choice is ho-hum |

Can anyone predict what'll happen in 10, 20, 30 years? No. But I am absolutely confident that BMW will not make a naturally aspirated ///M engine for the rest of this decade and likely well into the next one. The last one we'll see for a while was the glorious S65B44 in the M3 GTS and CRT. To me, it's a crying shame that BMW didn't iterate on that engine for the F80 and F82. Could have been approaching Ferrari levels of ungodliness from ~7 years ago.
