Tire Size - 666M

Hey guys - I'm looking for some sizing advice from the professionals.

I'm looking to swap out the summer tires on my 20" competition wheels on the M4 for some all-seasons. Before suggesting that I keep two sets of wheels and tires, that is just not an option for me.

The two sets of tires I am considering is DWS 06 or AS4 (leaning more towards the AS4). The available sizes are:
Continental DWS06 (Fronts:265/35/20, Rears:285/30/20)
Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 (Fronts:265/40/20, Rears:285/30/20)

My question is will the additional thickness in the sidewall cause any rubbing or complications with traction control or speedometer?

Thanks!

I do not remember who posted it originally, but someone posted that at 26.3" diameter was the largest you could run in the front without rubbing. The 265/30/20 is already at 26.3" so the 265/35 is likely to big.

Your fronts are way out of spec and will cause traction control issues due to the mis match of sizes. Recommend getting the correct size front tires (265/30 or 275/30) but if you have an F80 the 275 may rub. If you can't find any that are properly sized you may need to consider different sized rims.

A/S Michelin A/S3 will rub as those tires have a different diameter vs the Pilots SS diameter.
