Low coolant warning

Got it this warning on initial fire up - it has subsequently cleared though since after some use today.

The onboard manual seems to show a max/min marking on the part inside the tank - I couldn't see it though when I had a look. On the yellow plastic part I take it the top level is the max and the next stepped down line is the min? If so it's below the min now so no idea why it has cleared…l

Scrap that quick YT search shows me that's a float level device…

Nah, it doesn't float. It looks like a little yellow "toilet" down in the tank. Fluid level with the toilet seat is the low mark, and fluid level with the toilet tank top is the full mark. The rest of the space is for expansion. This goes for both the TMIC and also the radiator reservoirs.

And don't forget to check the level in the charge cooler - they have a habit of running low. It's a pig to see the level too!

OK I need to recheck it then. Not sure why the error cleared itself as it looked like it was below the toilet seat.

OK I'll check that one as well - assume it's the same device as in the main chamber? I'll take a look at YT as well…

Can't even remember the last time I had to top up coolant!

Charge cooler has its own tank, right at the back of the engine, central, which is why it's such a pain...
