Should I trade in or sell private?

I have a M4, 2015 Coupe, Black on black with Parking assist and LED lights from factory.

Should i put my car back to stock.

I have all BMW performance parts in the interior.
m4 CS wheel (because it has gray pattern not read at the top)
BMW CF Rear Spoiler
BMW CF Door pulls
BMW CF Shifter,
BMW CF Shift surround
BMW Arm rest with CF / Alcantara
BMW E Brake CF/Alcantara
BMW Black winter wheel set

Dinan Heat exchanger for the intercoolers
Bavsound speakers and SUB
Apple / Android auto Addon for the stock head unit.
And Bootmod3 stage 1

Is it worth pulling these out to sell

Really depends on a few factors IMO, perhaps most importantly how much you can get on trade in. That is contingent on you have another car lined up and whatever dealer you're buying from will give you a fair price, aka they won't just directly send it to auction or else they'll be giving you 10% below wholesale.

Secondly is do you have the tools and expertise to cleanly disassemble things. I've seen friends think, oh this spoiler or this whatever is just some clue, super easy. Then they destroy the paint on their trunk or get halfway through something only to get stuck, and then need to pay someone else 100 dollars an hour to disassemble. That cost, hassle, and time plus the effort to resell everything should not be dismissed.

And finally, do you have anything that private party would give you credit for that you can leave on. It seems that most items here are just aftermarket cosmetic CF pieces. Frankly won't add much value so if easy, try to get it off. For the wheels you can def part those out easily, and leave just the OEM spec wheels. BM3 license is another easy sell. Some of the electrical audio/infotainment pieces are a bit of a pain to disassemble but you can prob sell that easily too.

What’s worth more to you, time or money?

That’ll give you your answer.

Little late to the party but I had really good luck with https://www.toybarncars.com/. I live in Philly but they ACH'd me the cash before I mailed the title and sent a truck to my house when I sold my STI. I probably got like 2k less then I would have selling private (and 5-7k more then I was offered on a trade in) but avoiding the private sale headache was worth it.
