I'm back to report my numbers after using a proper measuring tape.
My best effort is 615mm front 627.5mm rear That's based off taking the measurement with cm and converting.

Thanks I am aware, however the digits are listed in cm, not mm. Perhaps conversion was the word you took exception to? Thanks for your post

After driving for 200 miles over the course of a week after install of my MP HAS, my ride height did not change a mm. So for those of you who get MP HAS installed, save yourself time and get your alignment done immediately after install—same day.
Today, I just got back from dealership to get my car's ride height re-adjusted and an alignment check. Here are the final heights: Heights measured on Wed. 11/12/2020 Front Driver: 622 mm Front Passenger: 625 mm Rear Driver: 610 mm Rear Passenger: 610 mm When measuring ride height, make sure your car is parked on a level ground. Even parked on a slight incline can change your ride height measurement by up to 4-5 mm! Here are what the above heights look like. FYI, I have Burger Tuning 10 mm spacers front and rear. (I think I could've gotten away with 12 mm front and rear with no rub.). I'm running factory size Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The front height is perfect. Not too low to scrape on driveways and entrance ramps, but still aggressive fit. If I could change one thing, I'd raise the rear to 613 mm to have it look more balanced with the gap in the front. |

300 miles over a two week period. 4mm is what it settled or 0.16". That's what I get for doing the conversion In my head lol.

I wonder why do new springs need to settle? Is this really true or a myth? After all, when a new BMW comes off the assembly line, it comes with new springs, too. The new BMW will probably have been driven less than 1 mile when it comes available for sale from the dealership. (Granted, it's probably been off the assembly line for about 4 weeks before it arrives to dealership.). So with new BMW cars, are the springs actually settling (due to weight of the car) and by the time the owner buys the new car....is the settling complete due to several weeks of sitting?

ZCP owners with 20" wheels: can you comment on the ride with MP HAS now that you've had it a while?
I feel stock can be a little on the harsh side on crappy roads. |

I have had mine for nearly 2 months and its pretty soft, for me. I keep the suspension in Sport+. The dealer installed mine pre-delivery so I cant compare it to stock ZCP. I will say that the CS EDC coding helped the ride quite a bit.

Had my kit installed and it's at lowest setting in front however it doesn't look close to what I see on other pics from this thread. Could it just need to settle more? Installed 1 week ago and 208 miles driven on it.
Took measurements as best I can with tape measure and got: Front: 622mm and 631mm Rear: 615mm and 609mm My rears def have more threads to go down so no issues adjusting that if I wanted but my front show they are maxed out. Could they not be seated all the way down on the shock? If I lower the rear could that impact front at all? *added additional pictures for reference Last edited by stugotz; 04-08-2021 at 08:33 PM.. |

Can I play with KW HAS? New tires installed MP4S 265/285. These tires definitely makes the drop look higher compare to MPSS.

Thanks all for your posts in this thread. It really helped me get an idea of the recommended ride heights and how they looked.
This was one of the few threads where people were measuring properly. Sometimes I had to guess at rim sizes if not posted though, but for the most part you could figure it out and then convert for 18/19/20. |
