What made you fall in love with your M3/M4?
Now, I don't have my own M3, but I am looking into one.
Why do you own one and what made you fall in love with it? |

i just fell in to this car, i think it has a certain level of refinement and has a certain gentlemen quailty about it. i know its not the fastest thing on the road but i love the way it looks and drives, i already have so many good memories with it from the day i got to last night installing an Arwon gauge with my friends. i also find the community a really nice part about all BMW's people are very kind for the most part and die hard fans.

Yup, 6spd convertible a little faster than the previous one. But I really loathe the suggested gear display, shut up car I dont shift at 3k RPM and sometimes like to be in 4th just cruising at 90...
Though I think I love my 6spd V10 M5 stil more. Its apples & oranges.

Ditto the POWER! Previously had an e92 and yes it sang when stomped on, but the current F80 has that instant get up from light to light or on the freeway that's addicting as hell. Plus it's more daily drive able and gets 20+mpg

I don't own one, but I'm dying to own a fully loaded LCI f82. The car looks handsome yet beautiful. It's got the perfect grills, side profile, and looks. The headlights and taillights are the best that BMW made so far. The dct or manual is great along with physical handbrake. Just everything about the f82 chassis makes it the perfect car for me over the g8x series.

euro delivery.
going to 155mph+ on abahn, track day at spa and tourist lap of Ring in my own car had me sold, and I ordered without a test drive after some members here confirmed the F80 had no overheat issues when tracking (since I was coming from an N54 equipped Z4 that was a card carrying member of the limp mode party) If you already have an RS7, just modify it to make it a huge power highway bruiser, and get a lightweight pure sports car. F80 is great and I loved it, but dedicated sports car in combo with a fast sedan to daily is better than a "do it all" car. just my $0.02 |

I did because in my work world I am surrounded by exotics...Ferrari everything, Lamborghini, Mclaren ext. and when I finish my day and get in my M car to go home I know I'm driving the closest thing to the driving experience they provide for $100K<.
